Soon almost all of USA is infected zombies, before that happens the other countries would mostly know about the infection and then they’re probably prepared.
It’s not logic for an infection to spread all over the world without any terrorist or something setting it out, an infection that’s based on biological or on faults by the goverment can only be spread from one location only and in modern times it would not easily be spread through out the world.
@longestnameuwillsee1 Yes they have muscles but they do not have a respiratory system. No Oxygen means that the muscles would have to rely on lactic acid. This is a very short term reliment. They would be good for a few minutes or less before the muscles do not function.
