Fantastic. I simply love the guy. His commentary on the world is spot on and he is deliciously subversive. He’s welcome to vandalise my house any time – it could do with a lick of paint!

I think probably the most telling aspect of the boards is how so many people keep pointing to the idea of getting rich of Banksy’s art. Now he might be pointing out where both of our countries are headed, but I’d imagine he’d also see it as distasteful how the next thought for so many is, “geez, I’d be rich!”.

Ian, I think you must be thinking of Damian Hirst; now his ‘work’ IS mindless.

It IS vandalism when the property doesn’t belong to you!

That art is poignant, cogent and oh so cool.

To all the haters: wake up and see what’s becoming of the country before you judge if this is “mindless” art or a socio-political statement designed to provoke thought and, with luck, action in those that care about where they live, their rights and true freedom.
