I think you’re right. I believe Boris was near the top of his class at Eton and at Oxford. He’s obviously not thick, just has a slender grip on reality it seems!

I think Labour’s own Boris, John Prescott, has a similar immunity. Perhaps with a different range of quips though. Actually, I think Prescott has great HIGNFY-host potential.
