Since the national emergency and war powers act, we have only lived under the illusion that the Constitution is in effect. It is suspended. We will always operate under bankruptcy, maritime admiralty jurisiction. International bankers run our country! They have for years. We do not make laws. We make statutes. There is a difference. Laws must be constitutional. Statutes? Hardly. They are merely policy.
@cbr6864: Nothing can supersede the Constitution. Any “law” that attempts to abrogate the Constitution is not a law at all. It just has the appearance of “law”. This is why the 2nd Amendment is so important. It protects the rest of the freedoms.

May God bless Judge Andrew Napolitano. Alas, I think that before this is changed or thrown out, there will be blood. Not that I advocate that, I believe the government has no respect for it’s citizens. We have Dukes and Duchesses instead of the House of Reps and Senate whom look at us with disdain.
There are many aspects of the Patriot Act has been and still is unconstitutional. Obama, who opposed it and wanted it repealed during the campaign, hid it in a jobs bill and signed it without changing one thing.
Let’s see what’s still in it?

@empireoflizards I agree with you that the reason Fox is showing this point of view is because the democrats are in power. I remember when the republicans were in power they marginalized Ron Paul as much as possible. However, regardless of their reasons, I’m glad they have a little bit of the truth on their airwaves now.
I wouldn’t give too much credit to Fox…it’s because we have Democrat control right now….so they will cater to Tea Parties, Libertarian’s, etc. because they know viewers are listening to them when the Republican party let them down. But yes, I’m glad Fox has Napolitano and interviews RP frequently.
I agree…Hes one of the few in this country actually fit to lead..but he lacks the gravitas I think to pull the votes. But….I think the national elections..If the past few years have been any hint..are sunk. People need to get control of their states back!
