we used to drive down and watch nwa when i was a kid my grandma was in love with him i watch him every week and once a month live for most of my life i’ve met him on a couple of different occasions and i can say honestly he’s the best. was never too busy to take a pic or come kiss my grandma on the cheek, you the man ric now and forever
don’t get me wrong i have watched wrestling since i was 4 years old. that was 1979. ric flair was always one of favortie wrestlers. i love rick flair. woooo!
i really don’t think ric can walk away , his like terry funk. he said they won’t let him, then he went to tna. same as hulk hogan
will miss u ric
he really loves wrestling he truly is one of the best
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! I watched that man wrestle for almost 30 years of my lyf!!!!!!!!!!! (caught me off guard too…….) WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! The Nature Boy Ric Flair!!!!
I still have his card from ’93 – ’94. He did lead a crazy life.
He is actually pretty funny. He is a regular at the restaurant I work at. We all yell “wooo” when we walk by him and he just dies laughing at us. He is a big local celeb in Charlotte. If you’ve live there for some time, you know who Ric Flair is.
he fucked so many people over…
Wrestling is Rick Flair, Woo!!! New wrestlers that knows your history have someone to look up to. God bless you.
Rick Flair truly loved the sport and played it for all it was worth. He loved the people and the wrestlers, it shows in spades here. Whether you love him or you hate him, he is The Man in the WWE, WWF. He may have not always been right, but he always loved and loves what wrestling in the WWE is about and the people who encompass it. Wrestling would not be what it is now without Rick Flair. Love him or hate him, theres no denying that. Thanks Rick.
A lot of mainstream newspeople look down on wrestlers & the wrestling business as a whole. That’s why it’s so refreshing to see this Jeff Glor treat Ric with respect. He’s clearly done his homework. Maybe he’s a fan.
Anyway, I enjoyed this interview and I find myself watching it over and over again.
this was a great interview both deserve credit for this interview…the interviewer did a great job compared to most…kudos…course ric flair…name says it all!
He has a lisp, that i never noticed
the interviewer is fucking creepy. Fucking. Creepy.
i loved hating you ,and i love the man ,good to see your heart showing. Wooooooooooooo!
WOO Slick Ric is the best ;0
I still say he’s the man!
Ric Flair God of wrestling, bigger than Hogan for the simple fact, he was never afraid to pass on the torch and always made he’s opponent look like a million dollar even if he was the worse wrestler on earth.
diamonds are forever so is Ric ” the nature boy ” Flair
What others? The only guy besides Steiner who said those things about Flair was Shane Douglas. Where is he now? What has Shane Douglas, or Scott Steiner for that matter, ever done for the business? Flair is highly respected amongst most of his peers. Flair’s a class act, a real sweetheart and a professional. Steiner was always an asshole & a bully. He & his brother were notorious for injuring guys on purpose. They didn’t give a shit if those guys had families to provide for. Fuck the Steiners.
I would love for someone to ask Ric Flair about all the stories about how he was a whiny bitch. About how he would politic and backstab people behind the scenes. About how he never wanted to drop a belt or a match to someone else. About how he was a pussy and always backed down from a fight back in the locker rooms. About how he always schmoozed the promoters and owners of a company. Scott Steiner and many others have been vocal about Ric. Let’s see what Ric has to say.
The interviewer is awkward.
I got teary eyed at the end too! What a class act. The best trash talker ever in the history of life. The interviewer was great, coming in for the money question at the end. Ric Flair lives on TNA!
WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
The Nature boy Ric Flair is a Real Legend!
Thank u ric ! U were the bill russel of wrestling which = the greatest winner
