Do or did you participate in any high school sporting events? If so what sports did you participate in?

Girls middle division basketball

No, I am horrible in sports.
I like them, but I probably am not good enough to make the team.
I would probably consider trying out for basketball or tennis, but I don't know to many people, and I don't really like staying after school or coming to school early. I'd much rather be at home!

I'm on the tennis team and i don't know if this counts but i play the snare drum at football games with the band

Snare-4 yrs.

I played volleyball all through junior high and high school.

4 years varsity Cheer. Between games, competitions and practice left little time for anything else.

I was thinking about joining the Winter Olympics in 2014 in Sochi, Russia. how good do you have to be to join? is there a test? How/when can I sign up?

you can't JOIN the olympics, it's not like joining the circus. you need to get scouted by national scouts that watch you compete in nation-wide events and competions (depending on what you're participating in).

What competitive sports or competitions can women enter after the age of 35?

Most sports and/or competitions require that you begin young. Gymnastics, dance, ect are a few. However, are there any sports that women can begin over the age of 35, and still compete? I’m open to any and all possible competitions. Something physical and competitive.
NOTE: I’m looking for sports/competitions that I could START after the age of 35, without ANY experience, and eventually reach competition level.
