Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens Stand Up to Cancer

Young stars including actor Zac Efron and girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens Stand up to Cancer in a new public service announcement on US TV.

The pair join celebrities Dakota Fanning, Kristen Bell and Napoleon Dynamite’s John Heder in the ad.

The famous faces act out various scenarios to show the odds of getting cancer.

High School Musical star Zac Efron finds himself trapped in a lift with a bunch of teenage girls.

Hudgens bowls a perfect game, while Fanning catches a ball hit into the crowd at a major league baseball game.

Bell cuts herself shaving and Heder – who appears as his Napoleon Dynamite character – dates a supermodel.

The ad then reveals that one in two men and one in three women will get the disease.

The stars say: ‘It’s up to us to change the odds for our generation, for the ones we love, for our future.

‘If you don’t like the odds, stand up. Stand up to cancer.’
