139 Continuity Errors In The Simpsons. Remember Them? (pic)

Hardcore fans can be quite the conundrum. when you’re going to a sporting event, a raucous crowd can really add a lot to the experience and make the game a lot more exciting. (Except for the wave. That’s a lame pain in the ass.) but they can also suck the fun out of something that’s great, too. Case in point, MovieMistakes.com put together 139 mistakes that have occurred in The Simpsons. Now, if these mistakes were something interesting like “In this scene, Homer’s black,” or “In this scene, there’s a penis hanging out of Lisa’s mouth” I would be all for this. but instead, it’s mostly just random continuity issues where Marge’s shoes are green in one scene and red in the next. Which I could give two shits about (and don’t worry, I have way more than two shits in me at all times.)

IT'S GAMES LIKE LAST NIGHT THAT MAKE METS FAN WANT TO SHOUT

Non-Mets fan ask all the time why do Mets fans put all the blame Jerry Manuel after every Mets loss? Well, we don’t put all the blame on Manuel and we don’t hold him accountable for every loss and last night’s 2-0 loss wasn’t his fault but he did make a big mistake by not letting Johan Santana pitch the 9th inning. Santana could have just as wel given up Corey Harts walk off homer but if he did so what. Santana is the ace of the staff and he should be treated as an ace. Forget pitch counts this isn’t little League you need to have a feel for your pitchers and the feel last night was Santana was in a great grove.

That’s the biggest drawback with Manuel, look how long it took him realize the GMJ stinks and that Angel Pagan was more than capable of being the everyday CF’er? he still hasn’t figured out how to use Jenry Mejia all he knows is the young arm should be here and not in Buffalo starting. Manuel also has this mental block about whoever plays 2nd base must bat 2nd in the lineup. he also forced fed Jose Reyes into third hole with disastrous results and finally put Jose back where he belongs in the 1 hole and low and behold, Reyes has responded. For reason known only to Manuel, he trots out Jeff Francoeur every single game with his unsightly .218/.278/.364 hitting line. how does Omar or even Jeffey Skill Sets sit by and let Manuel play this automatic out every single game? FREE THE ANIMAL JERRY I’M BEGGGGGGGGGGGGGGING YOU!!!!

The Mets should still be riding the wave of the last home stand as you head into Milwaukee that fields a dead team in a dead ball park with not just your Ace but one of the top pitchers in baseball who pitches a gem but comes away with nothing. that sucks as did Jerry Manuel’s decisions last night.

The Mets will be wearing NEW YORK CUBANS uni’s tonight as a salute to the Negro Leagues. The Mets wore these once before I believe and I love these uni’s. I wish they would make a third jersey like these instead of those ugly ass black ones.

New York Yankees defeat Tampa Bay 7-3 | Manhattan Style

New York Yankees continued their strong performance from the last game and defeated Tampa Bay Rays 7-3 with 31,243 spectators present at Tropicana Field. with this win Yankees finished their opening road trip with 4-2 record and 2 out of 3 wins against the two strongest teams in MLB and their main rivals.

A.J. Burnett of the Yankees pitched 7 strong innings, Alex Rodriguez and Jorge Posada drove in 2 runs to lead the New York Yankees to victory in St. Petersburg.

A.J. Burnett did not think that he had performed well, especially during the 1st inning. with assurances from his pitching coach and catcher, he realized that he had everything needed to beat Tampa Bay. Burnett said that Jorge Posada affirmed him that he was good out there and that kept him in the game. a.J. Burnett gave up 2 runs in the 1st inning.

But things took a drastic turn from there. Burnett worked through the 7th to pitch the New York Yankees to a 7-3 victory. Mark Teixeira felt good about the victory as he said they were playing against the strongest team and opponent in American League.

Jorge Posada belted a 2-run homer against Randy Choate, an ex-teammate, in the 6th inning to put the New York Yankees in the forefront. Stumped by James Shields (a starter) earlier, New York Yankees tacked on the 6th run and 2 more in the 7th before Nick hit a solo blast in the 8th. This gave Joba Chamberlain, Burnett and Mariano Rivera lots of breathing room.
