Mars Venus Coaching welcomes Coach Debbie Friedman of Miami, Florida to the team!

Debbie has been coaching people her whole life – initially as a dance instructor and evolving into a fitness and nutritional coach where she helps her clients balance body and mind to restore total health. Her keen ability to see a client’s potential even when they don’t see it themselves helps to bring out the best in them.

Throughout her 36-year teaching career, Debbie has come to realize that she has a special gift for progressively motivating her students to reach what initially appeared to be an unreachable goal. While it is important to not lose sight of the ultimate goal, she prefers to focus on and celebrate each step needed to reach that goal. Her commitment to this focus naturally motivates her clients and helps them stay on track despite the inevitable obstacles that will be faced during the journey.

The sensibility Debbie has developed during her career as a professional dancer facilitates her ability to perceive the specific needs of each one of her clients. Debbie sees coaching is a collaborative process between client and coach. She customizes her coaching to provide her individual clients the tools they need to find their specific path. She begins by patiently listening to her client’s goals and obstacles. Then she will collaborate with them in developing a program that is specifically designed for their success. While being empathetic and caring, Debbie also pushes her clients out of their comfort zone in a positive and motivating way.

coupons and deals tips please!!?

Okay ladies! I just started my journey of couponing, im very excited for this. I just started using my coupons to the extreme today. I saved 11.70 at Family Dollar! my total came out to be 24.41 :) so I need help getting better at this stuff. Anything goes for this one, Tips, Organizing ideas, Lingo, What coupons mean what when they say this… etc. Sites are helpful too. I already know about Southern Savers.com, Dealseakingmom.com, and Coupon.com.

Also, Id like tips on how to find deals cheap as far as clearance searching, and broken things for cheap, you know that kind of stuff. I’ll be looking forward to everyone’s replies.

Santa Tracker 2010

Santa Tracker 2010:

Millions of children will be able to track Santa Claus on Christmas Eve as he travels the world delivering gifts.

Using Santa cameras in cities along its path, the tracker – that will be available at 9 am – enables young people to monitor their progress on the Internet or mobile phones.

Once he departs from its base at the North Pole, he may be in the updates to Google Maps and Google Earth.
