Is it important to wear a sports bra during exercise?

I usually just wear my regular bra, but I’ve heard that having extra support during exercise is important. Is it important to wear a sports bra? If so, where can I find a good one that is reasonably priced?

How do you prevent your nipples from showing when you wear a sports bra? They never cover mines up.?

Whenever I go to the gym, i always see a lot of people wearing a sports bra but their nipples don’t know. And I swear, so far every sports bra i’ve bought shows my nipples. Did you guys do something like put tape on your nipples or are the sports bras really that great that the nipples don’t show? Which brand is a good one?

Is it bad to wear a sports bra all the time?

I never wear push up bras but I wear a tight sports bra because it flattens the chest more/pushes it up more.

Will this do any harm in the future? I’m 19, and I don’t wear it at night.

Can my employer force all female employees to wear sports bras?

my employer is a cell phone refurb company, due to some major theft incidents they’ve had in the last couple of months they have told all female employees they MUST wear sports bras, so that we will not set off the metal detectors. Many of the women do not have the money to buy them or just do not feel comfortable in sports bras. Is it ok for them to demand that? is it legal for them to tell us what kind of underwear we can wear?
We cant wear anything with any metal at all since they have set the metal detectors to the most sensitive setting, we can t have belts,coins,lighters,earrings made of metal,shoes with metal eyelets etc.

Why do the referees in most sports games wear white and black striped uniforms and when did this start?

While this isnt the norm, most referees wear black and white vertically striped shirts. I know that there are some sports where they wear solid colors or diff. colors all together, but why is this? When did it start?

What kind of sports bra should I wear for basketball?

I am a 34A and that is small but they still bounce and get sore. I have been wearing my regular bra for now, but it doesn’t really get the job done. I need help finding a good, but not too exspensive, sports bra!

What is the best sports bra to wear for heavy contact sports?

I need a heavy duty sports bra for my super active lifestyle (sparring, martial arts). In addition, what specific exercises can I do to reduce the size of my chest? I’m only 5’0 but wear a 32C/D and would like to reduce my size to a more athletic shape and to be able to wear tank tops without spilling out of them!

What is the proper way to wear a sports bra?

If I want to go to the gym in just a sports bra, how do I wear it lol?

Like do I wear the sports bra and the sports bra alone? Because it seems like everyone else does that, but I can’t. My boobs (C cup, not huge, but still) jiggle around too much and it hurts.
OR, do I wear a regular bra underneath my sports bra. I never see anyone do that, but it’s the only way I’m comfortable running..
