New York captured its seventh straight and remained a half game behind division-leading Atlanta in the National League East.

Dickey (5-0) gave up three runs on seven hits while walking two. he left with a 5-3 lead and Francisco Rodriguez struck out the side in the ninth for his 15th save.

Jose Reyes went 3-for-5, scored twice and drove in a run. Ike Davis had an RBI single during new York’s three-run first and singled in another score in the fourth.

The last six new York victories have come to start a nine-game road trip that ends with a series against the new York Yankees.

Jake Westbrook (4-4) allowed five runs on 11 hits in seven innings to take the loss. The Indians have dropped four in a row.
