What makes arnold different from the others, is that he understood proportion. Most of these builders just make themselves HUGE without balancing the muscles out evenly. Ronnie for example is waay to big to look ”good”, arnold looks great because he knew when too big was too big

I don’t blame ronnie for being as big as he is. The bodybuilders just got bigger and bigger until you have to weigh 300 pounds to be able to compete against the rest.

I would love having worked out with Arnold in his prime.

Over 30 years after this great movie was made, bodybuilders in their 60s like himself & Lou Ferrigno are still in amazing shape, healthy & look great. And that´s precisely what bodybuilding helps you accomplish more than any other sport.

Arnold sums up the problem our society has had & is still having with bodybuilding perfectly.
It´s sad that people still prefer hating on it, instead of learning about the beauty of its benefits.
