Who are “The Lost Boys” and “Outlaws” in Egypt Cairo? Are there seriously NO gangs in Egypt?

I find that hard to believe. I know people who belong in different gangs where I’m from. Google gangs in Canada and you get results, names, gang members personal sites, music, news, headlines. Egypt you get nothing. I guess you can say I’m baffled. so what’s it like in Egypt?
